经颅磁刺激对脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能的影响

目的探讨经颅磁刺激(TMS)对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的影响。方法选取2009 年7 月～2012 年1 月在本院就诊的脑瘫患儿80 例，分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规脑瘫康复治疗，包括物理治疗、按摩、头针、体针、穴位注射、理疗及药物治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用经颅磁刺激治疗。3 个月后对比观察两组患儿治疗前后88 项粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)评分情况。结果治疗后，两组患儿GMFM-88 评分各能区百分比均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)，观察组B、D、E能区及总分百分比提高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规脑瘫康复治疗的基础上加用经颅磁治疗能更有效地提高脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能。

Effect of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Gross Motor Function of Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective To explore the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) on gross motor function for children with cerebral palsy.Methods 80 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital during July 2009 to January 2010 were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40).The control group received conventional treatment,including physical therapy,massage,scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture,point injection,physiotherapy and medication.The observation group received TMS in addition.The therapeutic effects were compared using the Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88) after 3 months.Results The percent scores of all the domains significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05) after treatment,the increased percent scores of observation group in B domain,D domain,E domain and total were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TMS can further improve the gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
