初诊2型糖尿病患者采用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对其胰岛功能及其氧化应激的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能及其氧化应激的影响。方法:将63例初诊2型糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者应用胰岛素泵强化治疗,对照组患者选择常规皮下注射法。检查并比较两组患者治疗前后一般血清指标,胰岛细胞功能及氧化应激指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2hPPG、HbA1c及FCP水平改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者AUG、HomaB及I30/G30水平显著升高,HomaIR水平显著降低,其改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者MDA水平均显著降低,SOD水平均显著升高,其改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:短期胰岛素泵强化治疗可以明显改善患者各项指标,改善胰岛功能,降低氧化应激水平。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of short-term insulin pump therapy on islet function and oxidative stress of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods: A total of 63 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,the observation group were treated with insulin pump therapy,while the control group was given conventional subcutaneous injection.Detect and compare the normal serum markers,islet cell function and oxidative stress indicators of two groups.Results:1.After treatment,the improvement of FPG,2 h PPG,HbA1c,and FCP level in the observation group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,AUG,HomaB,and I30/G30 level of the observation group were significantly increased,while HomaIR levels were significantly reduced,the improvement was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the MDA level was significantly lower and the SOD levels were significantly increased in the observation group,the improvement were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The short-term insulin pump therapy can significantly improve relevant indicators,improve islet function and reduce oxidative stress.
