| 摘 要： | 目的分析微创保胆取石术后并发症,观察术后长期疗效。方法整理2002年1月至2006年1月收治的微创保胆取石治疗胆结石患者共142例的临床资料,统计分析其并发症情况和术后疗效。结果随访113例患者中,出现各种并发症共24例（21.2%）,术后6年累计胆结石复发率33.8%。结论微创保胆取石术后严重并发症少,但结石复发是微创保胆取石术面临的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the postoperative complications of minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy and to observe its long-term efficacy.Methods The clinical data of 142 patients underwent minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2006 were collected,and the postoperative complications and the treatment efficacy were analyzed.ResultsTotally 24 cases（21.2%） out of 113 cases experienced different kinds of complications.The accumulative gallstone recurrence rate after six years was 33.8%.Conclusion The postoperative complication of minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy is few but the gallstone recurrence is also an important issue. |
