支架植入联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效分析

目的探讨支架植入联合放疗对中晚期食管癌患者的疗效。方法支架植入联合放疗患者72例为联合组,单纯支架植入患者32例为支架组,单纯放疗患者46例为放疗组。比较各组患者吞咽困难情况、生存率及并发症情况。结果联合组1、2、3年生存率分别为65.3%、41.7%、27.8%,高于支架组（21.9%、6.3%、3.1%）,两组比较差显著（P〈0.05）;高于放疗组（60.9%、39.1%、26.1%）,但两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。各组治疗后分别与治疗前比较相差异显著（P〈0.05）,联合组和支架组吞咽困难评分均较放疗组显著降低（P〈0.05）。各组治疗后并发症情况无显著差异。结论支架植入联合放疗可以缓解吞咽困难,改善生存率,是中晚期食管癌患者的安全可行的姑息性治疗手段。

Curative effects of stent insertion combined with radiotherapy for advanced esophagus carcinoma

Objective To explore the curative effects of stent insertion combined with radiotherapy on patients with advanced esophagus carcinoma.Methods The patients treated by stent insertion combined with radiotherapy were considered as combined group（n=72）,those treated by single stent insertion as stent group（n=32）,and those treated by single radiotherapy as radiotherapy group（n=46）.The dysphagia,survival rate and complications were analyzed.Results The survival rates of 1,2,3 years in combined group were 65.3%,41.7%,27.8% respectively,obviously higher than those in stent group（21.9%,6.3%,3.1%）（P0.05）,however they were slightly higher than those in radiotherapy group（60.9%,39.1%,26.1%） without significant differences（P0.05）.The dysphagia was improved after the treatment especially in combined group and stent group compared with that in radiotherapy group（P0.05）.There was no difference in the complication rate among the three groups.Conclusion Stent combined with radiotherapy can not only relieve the dysphagia but also improve the survival rate without increasing complications.It is an effective and safe palliative therapy for advanced esophagus carcinoma.
