超声心动图在急性肺栓塞症诊治中的应用价值—附65例病例报告

目的:探讨超声心动图在急性肺栓塞症诊治中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析65例确诊的急性肺栓塞患者的超声心动图资料。结果:8例超声心动图提示肺动脉内血栓直接征象,41例右心系统形态改变并中度以上肺动脉高压,16例未见明显右心系统形态改变但出现轻度肺动脉高压。结论:超声心动图在急性肺栓塞症诊治中具有重要作用,可直接诊断肺栓塞,对可疑急性肺栓塞症进行临床预警,对确诊的急性肺栓塞症可评价右心系统形态及肺动脉压力,进行危险分层,判断其预后,动态观察其病情变化,并随访治疗效果。

Value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism:Report of 65 cases

Objective: To investigate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods: Echocardiography data of 65 cases that were diagnosed as acute pulmonary embolism were retrospectively analyzed.Results:According to echocardiography images,8 cases revealed direct indication of embolism in pumonary artery,41 cases showed abnormal morphological changes complicated with moderate pulmonary hypertension,16 cases had no morphological changes but showed moderate pulmonary hypertension.Conclusions: Echocardiography has important role in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism.Echocardiography images can not only help to diagnose acute pulmonary embolism,screen up suspected pulmonary embolism cases,but also contribute to risk stratification,prognosis evaluation,and progression monitoring,therapy effects estimation.
