舒芬太尼在剖宫产硬膜外麻醉中的临床应用价值

目的:探讨舒芬太尼辅助罗哌卡因在剖宫产硬膜外麻醉过程中的临床价值。方法:将本院2010年9月～2011年3月行硬膜外麻醉的84例剖宫产患者随机分成2组:观察组42例;对照组42例。对照组单纯给予罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉;观察组则给予舒芬太尼+罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉。观察比较两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)变化,4h、8h、12h、24h、48h疼痛VAS评分和镇静SS评分,及其不良发应发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术开始时的SBP、DBP、HR与对照组相比具有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组患者术后4h、8h、12h、24h、48h疼痛VAS评分和镇静SS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因应用于剖宫产的麻醉效果显著。

Clinical value of Sufentanil in epidural anesthesia for cesarean section

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of epidural anesthesia with sufentanil for cesarean section.Methods:A total of 84 cases scheduled for cesarean section during September 2010 and March 2011 were randomly divided into control group(n=42) and treatment group(n=42).The control group was given ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia,but the treatment group was also given sufentanil + ropivacaine.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),the 4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h VAS scores and SS scores,as well as adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results:Significant differences in SBP、DBP、HR were observed between the two groups when the operation started(P<0.05);after the operation,4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h VAS scores and the SS scores in the treatment group were significant better than that of the control group(P<0.05);but no significant difference in adverse reactions was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Epidural anesthesia with sufentanil combining with ropivacaine shows obvious effects in cesarean section.
