摘    要:目的观察早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达及运动功能的影响。方法 48例急性脑梗死患者随机分为康复组(n=24)和对照组(n=24),对照组仅采用药物治疗,康复组在此基础上进行早期康复训练。分别于治疗前后检测两组患者血清BDNF水平,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(FMA)评价各组运动功能。结果两组患者治疗后血清BDNF表达及FMA评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),康复组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练有助于促进急性脑梗死患者血清BDNF表达,改善运动功能。

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Training on Serum Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor Expression and Motor Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation training on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) expression and motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=24) and control group(n=24).The control group accepted routine medication,while the rehabilitation group accepted early rehabilitation training in addition.They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),and the expression of BDNF in serum was detected before and after treatment.Results The expression of BDNF and the score of FMA increased significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),but increased more in the rehabilitation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can promote the expression of serum BDNF and recovery of motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
