2种方法治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎近期临床疗效观察

目的:观察低温等离子消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将97例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者分为实验组49例和对照组48例,实验组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对照组予下鼻甲部分切除术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组手术时间、术中出血量及黏膜修复时间与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(分别短于t=7.22;7.73;3.95,P均<0.05)。实验组患者术后5d、10dVAS评分改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎,能明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,明显改善患者症状,有较大的临床应用价值。

Effect comparison of inferior turbinate partial resection and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

Objective: To observe effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 97 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in experimental group were treated by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,while patients in control group with inferior turbinate partial resection.Therapeutical effect were observed and compared.Results:Surgery time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=7.22,P<0.05).Intraoperative hemorrhage volume of experimental group was significantly less than that of control group(t=7.73,P<0.05).Mucosal repair time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group(t=3.95,P<0.05).5 days and 10 days after surgery,VAS scores of experimental group was improved more significant than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can significantly reduce surgery time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and significant improve symptoms.It is of great clinical value.
