胸腔镜下肺叶切除术对早期周围型肺癌的疗效分析

目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺叶切除术对早期周围肺癌的疗效分析,为临床提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年2月～2012年2月收治的62例早期周围型肺癌患者的临床资料,观察组31例采用胸腔镜下肺叶切除术,对照组31例采用常规开放手术,对两组的围手术期各项观察指标及并发症的发生率进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组手术时间、术中出血量、术后第1天胸腔引流液、引流管放置时间以及平均住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组手术并发症总发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗早期周围型肺癌安全可行,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung on peripheral lung cancer at early stage

Objective: To study effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung on peripheral lung cancer at early stage.Methods: Clinical data of 62 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted from February 2011 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into experimental group and control group(31 cases per group).Patients in observation group had thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung,while patients in control group had conventional open surgery.Perioperative indexes and incidence of complications were observed and compared.Results: There were significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,chest drainage volume 1 d after surgery,intubation time,and average length of hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusions: Thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung is safe,feasible,and effecitive,and it is worth of clinical promotion.
