CA125和CEA检测在卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤中的临床意义

目的:探讨CA125和CEA联合检测在卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤诊断中的意义。方法:用雅培全自动化学发光微粒子免疫检测法检测卵巢上皮肿瘤CA125,CEA的含量水平,并对卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤患者手术前、术后+化疗后3～4周内CA125,CEA的含量水平进行测定,观察治疗前后CA125,CEA的变化。结果:卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、CEA水平明显高于卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤患者,卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、CEA水平术后较术前明显降低,卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、CEA阳性率明显高于卵巢上皮良性肿瘤组,卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤组血清单项CA125或CEA检测与CA125、CEA联合检测阳性率有统计学意义,不同病理类型卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤患者CA125和CEA阳性率有差异。结论:血清CA125和CEA两者联合检测可提高卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤诊断的阳性率。血清CA125和CEA含量水平可作为卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤诊断与监测病情变化、判断预后的临床指标。

Clinical value of CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum tumor markers cancer antigen 125(CA125) and careinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma.Methods: Concentration of CA125 and CEA in patients with ovarian carcinoma before and after undergoing surgery as well as 3-4 weeks after undergoing surgery and chemotherapy were detected by Chemiluminescence Immunoassay.Results: The concentrations of serum tumor markers CA125 and CEA,as well as their positive rates in malignant ovarian carcinoma were both significantly higher than that in patients with benign ovarian tumor.After undergoing patients,CA125 and CEA concentrations decreased significantly.Besides,positive rate of detecting serum CA125 or CEA alone were obviously lower than detecting the combination of the two,positive rate of CA125 or CEA varied in different types of malignant ovarian carcinoma.Conclusions: Combined detection of tumor markers CA125 or CEA can raise the diagnosis accuracy of ovarian carcinoma.And their levels can be used for diagnosis,monitoring and prognosis of ovarian carcinoma.
