重症支原体肺炎患儿血清CRP与心肌损伤的相关性研究

目的:研究重症支原体肺炎患儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与心肌损伤的关系。方法:随机选择住院治疗的重症支原体肺炎患儿71例为病例组,同时选取健康儿童36例作为对照组,检测病例组入院治疗前及治疗后3、7、15d和对照组血清CRP及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)的浓度。结果:病例组患儿血清CRP及CK-MB、CTnI浓度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);病例组患儿血清CRP与CK-MB、CTnI浓度随着治疗时间的延长而降低,不同时间点的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析表明:血清CRP与CK-MB、CTnI水平呈正相关(r分别为0.697、0.739,P均<0.05)。结论:重症支原体肺炎患儿均有不同程度的心肌损害,CRP的血清浓度可以反映出心肌损害的程度。

Correlation between C-reactive protein and myocardial injury in children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia

Objective: To explore the correlation between C-reactiveprotein(CRP)and myocardial injury in children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods:A total of 71 children diagnosed as severe mycoplasmal pneumonia were enrolled as case group and 36 healthy children were assigned as control group,serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and CRP levels were simultaneously measured in case group before treatment and 3rd,7th and 15th days of treatment and the control group.Results:The levels of CK-MB,cTnI and CRP in case group was significant higher than that in the control group(P all <0.05).Serum CK-MB,cTnI and CRP levels significantly reduced as length of treatment showing significant difference among different time points(P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that there is positive correlation between serum CRP and CK-MB(r=0.697,P<0.05) CRP and cTnI(r=0.739,P<0.05).Conclusions:Myocardial injury presents with different severity in children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia,and serum CRP level can be a indicator of the severity.
