摘    要:目的观察康复教育在脑卒中后上肢运动功能康复中的效果。方法 40例脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组(n=20)给予常规康复治疗结合康复教育,对照组(n=20)只进行常规康复治疗。所有病例在治疗前和治疗后均用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)进行评定。结果两组患者治疗后FMA和BI评分明显改善(P<0.01),MAS评分治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著性差异;治疗组治疗后MAS、FMA和BI评分较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论康复教育在脑卒中后运动功能康复中发挥重要作用。

Effect of Rehabilitation Education on Upper-limb Motor Function after Stroke

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation education on upper-limb motor function in stroke patients.Methods 40 stroke patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=20) accepted rehabilitation and rehabilitation education,and control group(n=20) accepted rehabilitation only.They were assessed with Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) of upper-limb and Barthel Index(BI) before and after treatment.Results The scores of FMA and BI improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.01),but the score of MAS improved only in the treatment group(P<0.01).The scores of FMA,BI and MAS improved more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation education plays an important role in motor function rehabilitation after stroke.
