三级预防管理治疗原发性高血压并发症疗效分析

目的:探讨三级预防管理治疗原发性高血压并发症的疗效。方法:将我科2008年11月～2009年12月期间收治的158例原发性高血压患者分为两组,观察组105例,均接受规范化的三级预防管理治疗;对照组53例,由于自身原因采取自服药物治疗。2011年12月,随访上述158例患者。结果:与首诊时相比,观察组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)的降低幅度显著大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组高血压心脏病、高血压脑病、高血压肾病的发生率均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的死亡率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三级预防管理治疗原发性高血压具有血压控制效果好、并发症发生率低、死亡率低等优点。

Therapeutic efficacy of three-grade prevention management for patients with complications of primary hypertension

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of three-grade prevention management for patients with complications of primary hypertension.Methods: A total of 158 patients with primary hypertension who were admitted into our department from November 2008 to December 2009 were divided into observation group(n=105) and control group(n=53).The observation group received standardized three-grade prevention management,while the control group was treated with self-medication for their own reasons.Follow up was conducted on these patients in December 2011.Results:Compared with blood pressure at the first visit to our department,the reduce extent of diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) of the observation group was significantly larger than that of the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of hypertensive heart diseases,hypertensive encephalopathy,hypertensive nephropathy of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-grade prevention management shows good therapeutic efficacy for patients with primary hypertension,with advantages of well controlled blood pressure,low incidence of hypertension complications and mortality rate.
