紫外线和微波配合烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗耳廓深度烧伤

摘    要:目的 比较观察紫外线和微波配合烧伤湿润暴露疗法(UMMT)与单用烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MT)治疗耳廓深度烧伤的疗效。方法 将1998年8月-2001年8月采用紫外线和微波配合烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗的32例64只耳廓深度烧伤患者,与1995年10月-1998年7月单用烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗的28例56只耳廓深度烧伤患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果 与MT组比较,UMMT组中共有62只耳廓愈合良好,总治愈率96.9%,明显高于MT组(85.7%),P<0.05;耳软骨炎及耳廓畸形发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 UMMT治疗耳廓深度烧伤在改善局部血运,预防及促进愈合方面具有独到之处,可明显地降低耳软骨炎的发生率及治疗后的畸形程度。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of ultraviolet and microwave combined with moist exposed burn therapy (UMMT) in the treatment of patients with auricle deep burn. Methods Data of thirty-two cases with auricle deep burn involving 64 ears were treated with UMMT and 28 cases involving 56 ears were treated with single moist exposed burn therapy(MT) were collected. The therapeutic effects were retrospectively analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The total cure rate was 96.9% in the UMMT group. Comparison of the efficacy between the 2 groups revealed that the outcome obtained from the patients of the UMMT group was significantly superior to that in the single MT( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion UMMT is superior to single MT in treating auricle deep burn. It can help to reduce the incidence of ear chondritis and deformity.
