屈肘位与伸肘位固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上伸直型骨折的比较研究

为比较小儿肱骨髁上伸直型骨折屈肘位小夹板与伸肘外翻石膏固定的治疗效果。将223例小儿肱骨髁上伸直型骨折随机分成A组和B组。A组97例,予屈肘90°位小夹板固定,B组126例,予伸肘外翻石膏固定,对两组远期疗效进行随访观察。结果显示,两组肘内翻发生率(分别为24.74%和7.14%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组高于B组。表明伸肘位固定能防止整复后再移位;能大大减少肘内翻发生,值得临床应用推广。

TREATMET OF CHILDREN'S STRAIGHT-TYPE HUMORAL SUPRACODULAR FRACTURE BY ELBOW-FLEXION FIXATION VERSUS ELBOW-EXTENSION FIXATION: A Comparative Study

In order to compare the therapeutic effects of elbow-flexing splints fixation(EFSF) and elbow-extending plaster fixation(EEPF) for treating children's straight-type humeral supracondylar fracture(CSHSF),223 cases of CSHSF were divided into two groups: Group A(n=90 cases) and Group B (n=126 cases),which were treated by EFSF and by EEPF,respectively,the long-term results of the two groups were followed up and observed.The results showed that the cubitus varus rates of the two groups were 24.74 % and 7.14 %,respectively with a significant difference in the comparison of the two groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that EEPF functions to prevent the re-displacement after the reduction and greatly reduce the cubitus varus rate,being worth popularizing in the clinical application.
