门冬氨酸钾镁用于肺结核并发肺心病心衰的疗效观察

目的 评价肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法 对223例肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者进行前瞻性、开放的随机对照临床试验，在常规的抗痨及治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心衰基础上；治疗组（121例）给予门冬氨酸钾镁治疗，对照组（102例）不予门冬氨酸钾镁观察其对心功能恢复的影响、并发症的发生率及死亡率情况。结果 治疗组心功能好转率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；而心律失常发生率、心功能恶化及死亡率均低于对照组（P〈0．01及P〈0．05）。结论 肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰时应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗可明显改善预后；门冬氨酸钾镁可作为治疗肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰的常规药。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of potassium magnesium aspartate on tuberculosis patients complicated with heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of potassium magnesium aspartate used in the treatment of tuberculosis and heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease supervened. Methods Prospective and open, randomized and controlled trials were applied to 223 tuberculosis patients complicated with heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease. On the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group (121 cases) were treated with potassium magnesium aspartate. The effect on the recovery of cardiac function as well as incidence of deuteropathy and death rate were observed. Results The improvement rate of cardiac function in the treatment group is higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01) while the rates of arrhythmia and deterioration of cardiac function and death rate are all lower that those in the control group ( P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of tuberculosis associated with heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease by using potassium magnesium aspartate can obviously improve the results of prognosis. Potassium magnesium aspartate turns out to be a conventional drug for treatment of tuberculosis associated with heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
