| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ｐ２７蛋白在成骨性肿瘤中的表达状况，了解其与肿瘤组织学类型、分化程度及生物学行为的关系。方法 采用免疫组化二步法测定成骨性肿瘤中ｐ２７蛋白的表达状况。结果 骨瘤、骨母细胞瘤中ｐ２７蛋白高表达（１００％ 、８７．５％ ），且主要定位于胞核（８７．５％ 、７５％ ），骨肉瘤中低表达（６２．８％ ），胞核表达极低（４．７％ ），两者间差异显著（Ｐ＜ ０．００１），ｐ２７蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达与肿瘤的浸润、复发和转移有关。结论 ｐ２７ 蛋白表达在成骨性肿瘤中的改变具有特异性，可作为骨肉瘤的诊断和评估预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significance of p27 protein expression in various kinds of osteoplastic tumors.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect expression of p27 protein in 7 cases of osteoma,8 cases of osteoblastoma and 43 cases of osteosarcoma.Results The positive frequencies of p27 protein were 100% in osteoma 87.5%,,in osteoblastomatoma, and 62.8% in osfeosarcoma.The datum showed a statistical significance between benign tumors and osteosarcoma(P< 0.01).The expression of p27 protein in osteosarcoma was found.Conclusion p27 protein has practical value in diagnosis of osteosarcoma, and it may serve as a new biological indicator to predict the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma. |
