磁性阿霉素隐形脂质体对裸鼠移植性人胃癌疗效研究

摘    要:目的:研究磁性阿霉素隐形脂质体对裸鼠移植性人胃癌的疗效。方法:以荷人胃癌的裸鼠作为动物模型,采用尾静脉给药方式,同时在肿瘤部位放置恒定磁场对肿瘤进行磁导向化疗。结果:磁性阿霉素隐形脂质体靶向组对人胃癌的移植瘤有显著抑制作用,体积和瘤重抑瘤率分别为71.27%和70.02%,显著高于磁性阿霉素隐形脂质体非靶向组(56.75%、50.10%)和游离阿霉素(33.48%、30.95%)组,而且对正常组织的毒副作用明显减轻。结论:磁性阿霉素隐形脂质体作为一种新型抗肿瘤药物显示了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: To study on the curative effect of magnetic doxorubicin stealth liposome in human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice.Methods: Human gastric cancer cell line MKN-45 were implanted into 36 nude mice.Different kinds of drug were injected through the caudal vein in 6 groups after established experimental modle.Permanent magnet were taken into tumor of targeting group.Results: The growth speed of tumor in the group of MDL( ) were significantely lower than other groups. The rate of tumor restrain in tumor weight and tumor volume of MDL( ) group were 71.27% and 70.02%,which were remarkably higher than those of the DOX and MDL(-) group(both P<0.05).The drug side-effect and toxicity of MDL( ) was significantely less than in other groups.Conclusion:Magnetic doxorubicin stealth liposome,regarding as a new kind carrier of anti-tumor drug,indicated a favorable foreground.
