硝普钠对慢性染铅鼠脑组织中NO、SOD、MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察硝普钠对慢性染铅鼠脑组织中NO、SOD、MDA含量的影响。方法建立慢性染铅鼠模型,隔日灌服醋酸铅,约4周,观察给药(硝普钠)后3h、12h、24h脑组织中NO、SOD、MDA含量的变化。结果实验组NO含量升高,SOD活性增强,MDA的含量下降,各观察时点均与模型组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论给予外源性硝普钠后,脑组织脂质过氧化反应减低,提示硝普钠对慢性铅中毒鼠脑组织损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of SNP (a sort of No donor drugs) on the content of nitric oxide (NO),Super oxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in lead-treated mouse brain.Methods Creating the lead exposure model of mouse by feeding PbAc for four weeks,we dynamically observed the levels of NO,SOD,MDA in lead-treated mouse brain at 3h,12h and 24h after injecting Sodium nitroprusside (SNP).Results In the experimental group,the NO content increased,SOD activity increased and MDA content decreased,and there are significant differences in the level of NO,SOD,MDA between SNP group and lead-treaded model group(P<0.01).Conclusion The SNP can protect the damage of brain in lead-treated mouse.
