后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿19例报告

目曲探讨应用后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的手术方法和临床效果。方法19例患者均行后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术。结果19例患者手术均成功，平均手术时间60-130（100±23）min，术中出血量平均50-110（70±12）mL，未发生明显的并发症，术后平均住院（7.1±2.6）d。患者出院时尿液均清亮，19例单侧乳糜尿患者尿乙醚试验全部阴性。随访1-2.5年无复发。结论后腹腔肾蒂淋巴管结扎术具有微创、出血少、恢复快等特点，淋巴管结扎更加完全，I临床效果良好。

Retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for the treatment of chyluria (report of 19 cases)

Objective To evaluate the method of surgical technique, clinical effect of retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria. Methods 19 cases of chyluria underwent retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels. Results All the 19 cases were successfully treated with retroperitoneoscopic management. The average operation time was 60-130（100±23）min, the average blood loss 50-110mL （70±12）mL and the average hospital stay after operation （7.1±2.6） days. No complications occurred. The urine of all patients was clear when the patients were discharged from the hospital. Chyluria disappeared in all the 19 eases. No recurrence of chyluria was found during the following up of 1-2.5 years. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for the treatment of chyluria is an efficient surgical procedure and has the advantages of minimal invasion, less blood loss, complete lymphatic vessels ligation, short hospital stay and rapid recovery. So far, it is an ideal surgical procedure for treatment of chyluria.
