| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Ｐ选择素在大肠癌中表达与患者预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对３０ 例大肠癌组织进行检测，并对其中２５ 例患者进行了随访。结果 ３０ 例大肠癌中１８ 例阳性，阳性率为６０％ 。Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ａ 期、Ｂ期和Ｃ 期的Ｐ选择素阳性染色率分别为１６－７％ （１／６）、６０ ％ （６／１０） 和７８－５％ （１１／１４） 。２５ 例随访结果表明，Ｐ 选择素阳性者平均生存期（２７－５ 月±２２－６ 月） 和５ 年生存率（１３－３ ％） 低于阴性者（Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。结论 Ｐ选择素与大肠癌转移及预后相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of P selectin expression in colon and rectum carcinoma. Methods Using LSAB immunocytochemical staining technique, P selectin expression in 30 cases of large intestinal carcinomas was detected. Among them, 25 cases were followed up for more than 5 years. Results 18 cases of the 30 carcinomas (60%) were found positive immunostaining. The rates of P selectin expression were 16 7%(1/6) in patients with Dukes A stage, 60%(6/10) for Dukes B, and 78 5%(11/14) for Dukes C respectively. The statistical analysis showed that the survival stage and five year survival rate was lower in P selectin expression positive carcinomas than that in negative ones. Conclusion P selectin expression in colon and rectum carcinoma is related to tumor metastasis and prognosis for the patients. |
