| 摘 要： | [目的]评价高分辨率食管压力测定在食管裂孔疝诊断中的临床价值。[方法]回顾性分析30例胃食管反流病合并食管裂孔疝的腹腔镜术前资料。[结果]胃镜诊断与腹腔镜术中诊断符合者11例,符合率36.7%;上消化道钡餐透视诊断与术中判断符合者7例,符合率23.3%;高分辨率食管压力测定诊断与术中诊断符合者20例,符合率66.7%;高分辨率食管压力测定与胃镜及上消化道钡餐透视在食管裂孔疝的检出率方面相比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.27、P0.05及χ2=9.70、P0.05)。[结论]高分辨率食管压力测定诊断食管裂孔疝较胃镜及上消化道钡餐透视更为准确。

| Abstract: | [-Objective]To investigate diagnostic value of high resolution manometry on hiatal hernia. [Methods]Analyzing our database of 40 patients who suffered from gastroesophageal reflux disease combined with hiatal hernia and had laparoscopic fundoplication. [Results]The endoscopic and intraoperative di- agnoses was corresponded 36.7 % identically. Rate of X ray and intraoperative diagnoses was 23.3 %. Con- incidence high resolution manometry and intraoperative diagnoses were 66.7%. The corresponding rate was highest in high resolution manometry than endoscopy or X ray. [Conclusion] High resolution manometry has more values in the diagnosis of hiatal hernia than endoscopy or X-ray examination. |
