军人心理教育训练的实践研究

目的：探讨军人心理教育训练的可行性、适应对象和训练效果。方法对23名军人实施心理教育训练，然后问卷调查心理教育训练的可行性、适应对象和训练效果。结果除96%的人认为“军营探秘”适合部队外，100%的人肯定了其它8个项目均适合部队进行心理教育训练；从训练效果看，心理教育训练达标情况依次是军营相识、风雨同行、保家卫国、自信呐喊、军衔换掉、能说会道、行动一致、交往有方和军营探秘；适合新兵的心理训练项目依次为军营相识、交往有方、风雨同行、能说会道、行动一致、保家卫国和自信呐喊等，适合老兵心理教育训练的项目依次为军衔换掉、自信呐喊、保家卫国、交往有方和风雨同行等。结论军人心理教育训练很有必要，为保证能打仗和打胜仗，必须强化部队官兵心理素质训练。

Practice Research of Military Mental Education and Training

 Objective To explore the feasibility, adaptive candidates and training effect of military mental education and training. Methods 23 military men were enrolled and questionnaire was performed. Results 96% enrolled people thought“exploring the bar-racks”was suitable for the army while 100%of them believed the other 8 projects were suitable;the training effect showed the standard reaching projects of mental education and training ranged as follows：acquaintance in the military, reciprocal assistance, defending the country, assertiveness training, role exchange, a silver tongue, acting in concert, good communication and exploring the barracks; the projects of mental education and training for recruits were acquaintance in the military, good communication, reciprocal assistance, a sil-ver tongue, acting in concert, defending the country and assertiveness training while those for senior soldiers were role exchange, asser-tiveness training, defending the country, good communication and reciprocal training. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out mental ed-ucation and training for a better psychological quality of military men in case to gain victory in military operations.
