冠心病和充血性心力衰竭患者的心率变异性

Heart rate variability in patients with coronary heartdisease and congestive heart failure

The authorshave evaluated the heart rate variability (HRV) in 50cases with coronary heart disease (CHD) , 50 cases with congestive heart failure (CHF)and 50 normal subjects by 24 hour standard deviation of normal-normal RR intevals(SDNN) and HRV index (HRVI). The results indicate that HRV in patients with CHDand CHF was significantly lower than that of normal subjects. In CHF group, it indi-cates that the more severe CHF , the lower HRV. HRV is significantiy related to cardiacindex, PEP/LVET and cardiothoracic ratio.In CHD group , HRV in patients with posi-tive ventricular late potential (VLP) was significantly lower than that of patients withnegative VLP. This study suggests that a combination of HRV with VLP can increasethe prognostic value for cardiac events.
