亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的护理

目的：探讨亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的护理措施。方法：对151例重型颅脑损伤患者经用控温毯、冰帽,同时给予冬眠治疗,配合呼吸机辅助呼吸进行治疗。严密观察生命体征,控制温度,监测颅内压,做好呼吸道护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理,加强营养等对症支持治疗。结果：本组恢复良好（恢复劳动力）57例,占37.7%;轻残（活动有障碍）30例,占19.9%;中、重残（生活部分自理,不能自理或植物状态）19例,占12.6%;死亡45例,占29.8%。结论：亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤效果满意,使患者病死率、致残率大大降低,具有临床护理推广价值。

The nursing for patients with the serious head injury by the sub-iow temperature treatment

Objective：To explore the nursing measure with the serious head injury by the sub-low tempwrature treatment.Methods：151 patients with serious head injury were treated by controlling temperature blankets,ice hats,hibernation treat ment and life-support machines.Observing the life symptom strictly,coutrolling body temperature and monitoring cere brospinal fluid pressure and completing the respiratory tract,the oral cavity,skin nursing.Results：57 patients had restored good or restored the labor force（37.7%）,30 patients were linht remnant or active barrier（19.9%）,19 patients were moderate,serious disabled or took care of oneself partly,could not take care of oneself completely or vegetables（12.6%）,45 patients were dead（29.8%）.Conclusion：The effect of the sub-low temperature to treat the serious head injury was satisfactory.It had decreased the mortality,disability rate mostly and had promoted values for the clinical nursing.
