背景音乐对分娩产妇的影响

目的探讨背景音乐对分娩产妇的相关影响。方法选择在我院产科分娩的产妇200例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组100人,给干预组产妇播放背景音乐,对照组不播放任何音乐。结果干预组产妇的疼痛明显轻于对照组,且产程进展较快、剖宫产率低于对照组。结论背景音乐可加快产程进展、提高顺产率,减轻产妇的分娩痛苦和焦虑情绪,改善产妇的心理状态,使产妇以积极的心理状态结束分娩,有利于提高产科质量。

The Influence of Background Music for the Parturient Women

Objective The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of background music for the parturient women. Methods The parturient women of 200 cases chosen were randomly divided into the intervened group and the control group,each group had 100 cases,and we broadcasted background music in the intervened group,while we did not broadcast background music in the control group. Results The pain of the intervened group was obviously lighter than the control group,and the production process was more rapid and smooth. On the other hand,the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Background music can not only accelerate progress,improve the birth rate,and reduce maternal delivery pain and anxiety,but also improve maternal psychological condition,so that it lets the parturient women be in a good positive psychological condition and can improve the quality of obstetrics.
