| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定风湿灵胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（15：85），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为272nm，柱温为30℃。结果龙胆苦苷进样量在0．0952～0．9520μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9999（n=5）；平均加样回收率为98．86％，RSD为1．16％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于风湿灵胶囊的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of gentiopicrin in Fengshiling Capsules by HPLC. Methods HPLC was adopted with Kromasil C18（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）at the temperature of 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（15 ： 85） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. AUV-detector at 272 nm was used. Results Gentiopicrin showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0.0952-0.9520μg, r=0. 999 9（ n = 5）. The average recovery rate was 98.86%, RSD=1.86%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Fengshiling Capsules. |
