EphA2和KAI-1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的：进一步从分子水平研究肺癌发生发展的机制。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测45例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）、30例癌旁组织中EphA2,KAI和FAK蛋白的表达。结果：（1）NSCLC中EphA2和FAK高表达,KAI-1低表达,与正常肺组织比较P〈0.01,有显著差异性。KAI-1,FAK与肺癌的分化程度,临床分期,淋巴结转移有密切相关性,EphA2只与临床分期,淋巴结转移相关。（2）NSCLC中EphA2与FAK呈正相关,KAI-1与FAK负相关,P均〈0.05,EphA2与KAI-1无明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：EphA2,KAI1和FAK可联合作为指标,用于评价肺癌的发展和预后。

Expression of EphA2 and KAI-1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

Objective：To study the mechanism of lung cancer occurrence and development at molecular level.Methods：The expression of EphA2,KAI-1 and FAK in 45 cases of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and 30 cases of normal lung tissue were detected immunohistochemically.Results：The expression of EphA2 and FAK in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissue.But the KAI-1 expression was lower（P0.01）.The expression of KAI-1 and FAK in NSCLC was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation degree,stage and cervical lymph node metastasis.EphA2 was only correlated with tumor stage and cervical lymph node metastasis,and the EphA2 expression was positively correlated with FAK,and the KAI-1 expression was inversely correlated with the FAK expression（P0.05）.However,there was no significant correlation between the expression of EphA2 and that of KAI-1（P0.05）.Conclusion：EphA2,KAI1 and FAK can be jointly used as the evaluation index for the evaluation of the development and prognosis of lung cancer.
