双波长分光光度法测定脉路通片中潘生丁的含量

脉路通片内含潘生丁和阿斯匹林。因阿斯匹林的存在使潘生丁的含量测定受到干扰。本文报告了采用日立200—20型单波长双光束分光光度计,按双波长法选择λ_2=288nm,λ,=260nm,样品不经分离,直接测定潘生丁的含量,得到满意的结果。方法简单、准确,用给出的条件,测定八份样品,平均回收率99.2±0.5%。

DETERMINATION OF PERSANTINE CONTENT IN MAI LU TONG TABLET BY DUAL-WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

Mai Lu Tong tablet is a complex of persantine and aspirin.The present of aspirin interferes with the determination of persantine content.This paper reports the determination of persantine content in tablet contained aspirin by a dual- wavelength spectrophotometry(at λ_2=288nm,λ_1=260nm)with HITACHI Model 200—20 double-beam spectrophotometer. The samples used did not need separating,and can be directly determine persantine content.The analytical results have shown that this method is rapid and simple,the results are stable,and precision is satisfactory.It takes 2—3 hours for single determination.The persantine contents of eight samples have been determined by this method,the average recovery is 99.2±0.5%.
