| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫输卵管造影及介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床价值，提高治疗不孕症的效果。方法：对58例患先行子宫输卵管造影，再对不能复通患中的11例行介入再通要治疗。结果：经子宫输卵管造影后，有30例患输卵管复通，占51．7％；11例行介入治疗后，22条输卵管中有19条复通，占86．4％，治疗后随访有10例妊娠。结论：子宫输卵管造影及介入再通术是治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的简便易行，安全可靠的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To inquire into the clinical value of curing infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction through hystero-salpingography and interventional recanalization and to improve the therapeutic effect of infertility.Methods:To carry out hystero-salpingography on 58 patients and than implement interventional recanalization on 11 cases whose fallopian tubes can not be recanalized in hystero-salpingography.Results:After hystero-salpingography,fallopian tubes 30 patients are recanalized,accounting for constitutes 51.7%;after interventional recanalization on 11 case 19 fallopian tubes out of 22 are recanalized,accounting for 86.4 percent.In the following investigation after treatment 10 cases are found pregnant.Conclusion:Hystero-salpingography and interventional recanalization are effective methods to cure infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction and the methods are simple,easy,safe and reliable. |
