摘    要:针对急诊医疗服务流程中有诸多不合理问题,绍兴市人民医院根据作业重组原理,对急诊科人员和设备资源进行重新配置,以朗提供更好的医疗服务,同时,并运用先进的计算机网络管理技术,对原有急诊医疗服务流程中的各个关键环节进行优化和自动化处理,大大提高了工作效率。

Abstract:Based on the issues on emergency treatment process and business process reengineering theory, Shaoxing People Hospital reengineered emergency department staff and equipment resource to improve hospital service quality. Professional network tech was used to optimize emergency process and promote operation efficiency.
