| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨免疫活性细胞在异种移植急性血管性排斥反应(AVR)中的意义。方法 猪到猕猴腹腔内异位心脏移植，使用高纯度的眼镜蛇毒因子完全清除受体体内补体，建立AVR模型。常规病理检查，并采用免疫组化法检测移植心CD4^ T细胞、CD8^ T细胞和巨噬细胞浸润程度，检测细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平。结果 移植心内大量淋巴细胞浸润，其中50％为巨噬细胞，CD4^ T细胞占15％，CD8^ T细胞占25％；ICAM-1和TNF-α表达明显上调。结论 细胞机制在异种移植AVR发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
