DAC-树脂血液灌流对阿霉素肝血管内输注所致心脏毒性的预防保护作用

摘    要:研究大鼠肝血管局部输注ADM,与DAC-树脂DHP联合应用,观察对心肌组织MDA含量及心肌超微结构的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,能明显降低心肌MDA含量,在联合应用后2小时和8天分别为0.4054±0.0497对0.7129±0.1631nmol/mgCpro(P<0.005)和0.5504±0.0628对0.7452±0.0612nmol/mgCpro(P<0.005)。超微结构结果显示联合应用均能明显减轻ADM所致急性和亚急性心肌损害的程度。研究结果表明,联合应用能减轻ADM所致自由基导致心肌脂质过氧化的程度,明显减轻心肌形态学的损害程度。

Abstract:The aim of our study was to invcstigato the protectivc influence of the DA C-Resinhemopcrfusion in combined use with the intra-portal adriamycin(ADM) infusion on the cardiactoxicity induced by the ADM. The results showed a favorable effect as revealed in diminishing theMDA content in cardiac muscle. Tho cardiac damages demonstrated by tho ultratructural changesin acute and subacute stage after the intra-portal adriamycin infusion had also been definitelyalleviated by combined use as compared with the control groups after 2 h and 8 days of AD Minfusion.It indicated that the combined administration of DAC-Resin hemoperfusion with intra-portaladriamycin infusion might diminish the action of lipoperoxidation in the cardiac muscle and cardiacmuscle damage as well.
