| 摘 要： | 目的应用鼻声反射技术评价鼻阻塞患者经鼻内镜手术后的效果。方法对42例以鼻阻塞为主诉,入我院行鼻内窥镜手术的患者于术前及术后1个月行鼻声反射检查,测算鼻腔平均截面积(MNCA)、最小截面积(MCA)、鼻腔容积(NV)和鼻阻力(NR),并进行统计学分析。结果MNCA、MCA、NV值术后比术前均显著升高(P<0.01),而NR值术后比术前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论鼻声反射可以作为鼻阻塞患者鼻内窥镜手术效果的客观评价指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate nasal ventilation function whose nasal obstruction patients before and after endoscopic surgery.Methods We collected the 42 patients suffering from nasal obstruction.Before endoscopic surgery their mean nasal cross-sectional area（MNCA）,the front part of inferior nasal concha minimal cross-sectional erea（MCA）,volume of nasal cavity（NV） and nasal resistance（NR） were calculated by acoustic rhinometry.The same thing happened at one month later after surgery.Results MNCA,MCA and NV were discovered to step up significantly before surgery,however NR had an obviously degression.Conclusion The effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery could be evaluated by acoustic rhinometry. |
