摘    要:目的了解泰州市医疗机构排放污水消毒质量,以便加强管理。方法用微生物检验和理化分析方法进行了随机抽样检验。结果2004~2007年泰州市12所医疗机构排放污水在消毒后粪大肠菌群指标合格率波动在80%~97.7%。消毒后污水中总余氯量最大值为500mg/L,远远超过了标准上限值(10mg/L),其中总余氯量≥10mg/L的医疗机构占42.3%。不同医院污水性质有明显差别,pH值最低为2.1,最大为11;氨氮含量最大64;色度最大150;COD最高1063mg/L,合格率普遍较低。结论泰州市医疗机构污水处理质量合格率较低,理化指标不稳定,主要是加氯量没有严格控制。

Abstract:Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of sewage discharged from medical institutions in Taizhou city for strengthening management.Methods The microbiological examination and the physical and chemical analysis methods were used to carry out the random sampling examination.Results After disinfection,the qualified rates of fecal coli-group indices in sewage discharged from 12 medical institutions in Taizhou city during 2004~2007 years ranged from 80% to 97.7%, and the maximum value of the total residual chlorine in the sewage was 500 mg/L, which far exceeded the standard upper limit value (10 mg/L). The medical institutions with total residual chlorine in disinfected sewage more than 10 mg/L accounteds for 42.3%. There was significant difference in the characters of sewage from different hospitals. The pH value was between 2.1 and 11, The maximum content of NH3-N was 64, the highest degree of color was 150, and the highest chemical oxygen demand (COD) was 1063 mg/L. Thus,the qualified rate was not high in general.Conclusions The eligible rates of sewage treatment quality and the disinfection quality were low and the physicochemical indexes were unstable in medical institutions in Taizhou city. The main cause was no strict control of the amount of chlorine added.
