乡镇卫生院信息化建设人才培养需求分析

目的：探讨加快乡镇卫生院信息化建设进程的适宜途径。方法：对安徽省221所中心卫生院、349所一般卫生院卫生信息管理现状及需求情况进行问卷调查；对部分乡镇卫生院院长进行个人访谈。结果：95．51％的中心卫生院、27．5％的一般卫生院设有相对稳定的信息工作人员；未来两年乡镇卫生院对卫生信息类人才在一定程度上还有较大的总量需求，有1／3的采用兼职人员在卫生信息岗位上从事相关工作；乡镇卫生院在计算机应用技能的培训需求最大。结论：推进乡镇卫生院信息化是加快卫生院发展I必由之路，需要上级部门及领导的重视，应加大对信息化人才的引进和培养的力度，多途径、多举措的提高乡镇卫生院信息化水平。

The Analysis of talent demand on informational construction of the township hospitals

Objective： To explore the suitable methods for speeding the informational construction of township hospitals. Methods： The recent situation and demand ol 221 central township hospitals and 349 common township hospitals were investigated by questionnaire in Anhui province. Results： The stable posts on information were set in 95.51% central township hospitals and 27,50% common township hospitals. There exist a huge talents demand on the level of junior college in the coming 2 years, and also a greater total demand of talents engaged in informational work, a third of them as a part-time worker; In the hand of informational consultant service and training demand, an training on Computer application skills was mostly needed in township hospitals. Conclusion： To promote information technology is the only way to speed up the development of Township hospitals, which require the leaders and upper departments to take it into great importance, and increase the introduction of information technology professionals and training efforts, to raise the level of information through multi-channel and multi-measurement in township hospitals.
