摘    要:目的 观察纳米烧伤敷料在烧伤创面治疗中的抗感染效果 ,以及对创面愈合时间的影响。方法 将病人分为浅Ⅱ度试验组 ,浅Ⅱ度对照组 ,深Ⅱ度试验组 ,深Ⅱ度对照组 ,每组各 30例患者。试验组应用纳米烧伤敷料 ,对照组应用 1%SD -Ag冷霜。对每组病例进行创面细菌培养 ,观察创面感染情况和创面愈合时间。结果 与对照组相比 ,试验组创面细菌检出率明显降低 ,试验组创面愈合时间较对照组显著缩短。结论 纳米烧伤敷料能抑制创面细菌的生长和繁殖 ,可以间接的促进创面愈合。

Abstract:Objective To observe the anti-infected effect of nanometar material for burned surface and affection to the healing time of the wound surface. Methods The patients were divided into test groups (superficial Ⅱand deep Ⅱ) and control groups (superficial Ⅱ and deep Ⅱ) 4 groups (30 cases per each). The nanometer material was used in test groups and 1%SD-Ag cool cream was used in control groups. The bacteria culture, infected situation and healing time were observed. Results The detective rate of bacteria was obviously decreased and the healing time of the wound surface was obviously shortened. Conclusion This material could inhibit the growth and breeding so that could improve the healing indirectly.
