中老年髋关节置换术患者治疗的术式比较

目的：探讨半髋关节置换术和全髋关节置换术在治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的疗效比较。方法：选取2006年5月～2009年5月本院收治的62例中老年股骨颈骨折患者,其中,全髋关节置换43例,半髋关节置换19例,对两组患者的手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间及关节功能等进行比较。结果：全髋关节置换组的术中出血量、平均手术时间及术后4年Harris评分明显要多于半髋关节置换组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;住院时间、术后半年及1年的关节功能比较,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论：人工全髋关节置换可以弥补半髋置换髋臼易磨损的缺陷,安全可靠,疗效好,使用寿命更长,应根据患者的年龄、身体状况等来进行全髋关节置换和半髋关节置换的选择。

Hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with surgical treatment compared

Objective：To explore the semi-hip arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods：From May 2006 to May 2009 years,62 cases of middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures,of which 43 patients with total hip replacement,semi-hip replacement in 19 cases,the two groups of patients with surgical bleeding,operative time,hospitalization time and joint functions for comparison.Results：The total hip replacement group of blood loss,mean operation time and postoperative score was significantly to four years,more than half of Harris hip replacement group,P0.05,significant difference;hospitalization time,after six months and year of joint function comparison,P0.05,difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion：The total hip replacement can make up half of total hip replacement acetabular defects easy to wear,safe and reliable,more effective,the use of a longer life expectancy should be based on the patient′s age,physical condition,etc.to carry out total hip replacement and semi-hip joint replacement options.
