| Abstract: | A 350-kilodalton serotype outer membrane complex containing the class 1, 3, and 4 outer membrane proteins was isolated from serogroup A Neisseria meningitidis. Partial denaturation yielded two serotype subcomplexes containing the class 3 and 1 proteins (85 kilodaltons) and the class 3 and 4 proteins (94 kilodaltons), respectively. |
