| 摘 要： | 目的探讨稽留流产的发生与Fas／FasL表达的相关性。方法采用RT—PCR法检测稽留流产患者与健康早孕人流者绒毛组织中FasL的mRNA表达水平。结果稽留流产组FasL mRNA表达水平为（0．714-0．11），健康早孕人流组FasL mRNA的表达水平为（1．38±0．41），P〈0．05。结论FasL表达的降低可能是导致稽留流产的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the relativity between the happen of missed abortion and the expression of Fas/FasL. Methods ： Use RT - PCR to detect the expression levels of FasL＇s mRNA in placental villus between the patients of missed abortion and the induced abortion persons of healthy early pregnancy. Results： the expression level of FasL＇s mRNA in missed abortion is 0.71 ＋ 0. 11, and the other one of induced abortion persons of healthy early pregnancy is 1.38±0. 41, P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： The reduction of the FasL＇s expression level might be one of the reasons to lead to missed abortion. |
