| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羊水细胞在染色体疾病产前诊断的应用价值。方法抽取孕中期孕妇羊水,采用羊水细胞原位培养、染色体制备、核型分析。结果3728例标本,培养成功率为99.5%,检出异常核型108例。结论采用羊水细胞原位培养,在产前诊断的应用中获得了满意的结果;有针对性地进行产前诊断,可有效地控制和减少出生缺陷的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigste valuv of amniotic fluid cells in prenatal diagnosis of the chromosome disease.Method：Amniotic fluid cells were cultured from gravidas with prental diagnosis indication,and there karyotypes were analyed by G band.Results：The rate of Training success of 3728 cases is 99.5%,108 abnormal chromosome karyotypes were detected.Conclusions：The success rate of amniotic fluid cells cultured in situ is high.The results are satisfied in the initial application. |
