| 摘 要： | 目的了解县级医疗保健机构围产儿出生缺陷5年的变化趋势,制定干预措施。方法对2004年-2008年县级医疗保健机构围产儿出生缺陷资料进行分析。结果出生缺陷发生率为4.32‰,出生缺陷前5位依次为：唇腭裂、多指与外耳畸形、神经管缺陷与马蹄内翻足、并趾（指）、先天性心脏病与肢体短缩,占出生缺陷总数的80.68%。出生缺陷发生与毒物接触、早孕感冒、服药等有关;25岁以后随产母年龄成正比;与性别、城乡无差异。结论大力实施干预措施,积极开展出生缺陷的三级预防,提高监测质量,减少缺陷儿的发生,提高出生人口素质。

| Abstract: | Objective： To research the 5 -year trends of perinatal birth defects in county- level health care institutions. To develop interventions. Methods： To analysis of the perinatal birth defects information in county - level health care institutions in 2004 - 2008. Results： The incidence of birth defects to 4. 32 ‰. The top five accounted for 80. 68 percent, followed by： cleft lip and palate, hyperdactylia and external ear malformation, neural tube defects and clubfoot, ankylodactylia, congenital heart disease and limb shortening. Birth defects implicate with toxic exposure happened, early pregnancy flu, medication, etc. Conclusions： We should vigorously implement intervention measures on the conduct of the three birth defects prevention, monitoring improve quality and reducing the occurrence of defects in infants, improve the quality of newborn babies. |
