| 摘 要： | 在基因表达数据中,常采用关联模式发现（APD）方法来识别共调控基因。但这些方法不能发现潜在的隐藏模式。我们提出挖掘共调控基因谱的方法,结果显示这种方法不但可以可以发现隐藏的模式,还可以发现模式中含有的生物学相关信息。此方法优于传统的APD方法和双向聚类法。

| Abstract: | Association Pattern Discovery（APD）methods are often used to identify co-regulation genes for gene expression data.However,these methods can not discover those latent hidden patterns.Accordingly,we proposed a method to perform function association analysis by mining co-regulation gene patterns in this paper,which not only can discover those hidden co-regulation patterns but also can discovery many relevant biology information.Our method is prior to traditional APD methods and bicluster methods. |
