| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨环磷酰胺 (CP)对昆明种小白鼠精子畸形的影响。方法 :取小白鼠随机分成阴性对照组 ,CP组 (分低、中、高剂量组 ) ,经口灌胃 ,连灌 5d ,药后 30天处死动物取两侧附睾液涂片 ,观察小白鼠精子畸形的影响。结果 :CP2 0mg kg剂量组可引起精子畸形数量增加 ,且随着剂量加大 ,畸形精子数也随之增加 ,与阴性对照组比较 ,差异具有非常显著性意义(P <0 0 1) ;各剂量组之间进行比较 ,差异均同样具有显著性意义。结论 :CP可引起小白鼠生殖细胞的毒作用 ,诱导雄性小白鼠精子畸形数量增加

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of cyclophosphamide(CP) on the spean deformity in the mice.Methods:The mice were divided into the control group;CP group(low,middle and high dose) and mice in CP group were given the drug by mouth for five conseucitive days.After 30 days,the mice were killed and the bilateral apidiaymis liquid were be taken to smear.The influence of CP on spean deformity in the mice by CP were observed.Results:20mg/kg CP can increase the quantity of the spean deformity with the dosage.There were the significant diference both between the control group and CP groups(p<0 01) and between the different dosage groups each other.Conclusion:CP can lead to poisonous to the mouse reproductional cell with quantity of spean deformity increased in the mice. |
