不同强度运动与雌激素联合作用对去卵巢大鼠腰椎超微结构影响的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨不同强度运动与雌激素联合作用对去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠腰椎超微结构的影响。方法 :成年雌性SD大鼠分正常对照组 (SHAM )、骨质疏松对照组 (OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX +ES)、中等强度运动组 (OVX +EX1)、大强度运动组 (OVX +EX2 )、中等强度运动加雌激素组(OVX +ES +EX1)和大强度运动加雌激素组 (OVX +ES +EX2 )。用扫描电镜观察 8周不同强度运动及运动和雌激素联合作用对腰椎松质骨的影响。结果 :两个运动加雌激素组腰椎骨小梁数量较两个单纯运动组、雌激素对照组及骨质疏松对照组增多 ,骨小梁表面吸收面减少 ,胶原排列规律、整齐。大强度运动组骨小梁发生板结、出现微骨折且空间结构被破坏。结论 :雌激素和运动联合作用比单纯用药或单纯运动能起到更好的预防椎体骨丢失及改善椎体超微结构的作用

Abstract:The effect of combination of 8-week different intensities exercise and estrogen supplement(ES) on microstructure in the lumbar vertebral concellous bone was investigaed in adult ovariectomized (OVX) rats by SEM. Female SD rats were divided into 7 groups as follow: normal control(SHAM), OVX, OVX+ES, OVX+moderate exercise(EX1), OVX+intensive exercise(EX2), OVX+ES+EX1 and OVX+ES+EX2. The results showed that the two combination groups had more trabecular number than all other groups with the exception of SHAM group. Resorption surface decreased and the collagenous fibers were much more regular in both two combination groups. The lamellar trabecular bone and the microfractures were developed and the microstructure was broken up in the group of OVX+EX2. In conclusion, the combination of exercise and estrogen supplement had better effect on microstructure of concellous bone in lumbar vertebra than those of exercise without estrogen supplement or estrogen supplement without exercise and played a better role in preventing the bone loss in lumbar vertebra of ovariectomized rats.
