| Abstract: | We report a case of an infant delivered before the completion of 26 wks' gestation, weighing 300 g at birth, and treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation for respiratory distress syndrome. Her neurologic examination at 18 months of age is compatible with mild delay in gross and fine motor skills. |
