| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16层螺旋CT在肺动脉栓塞诊断价值及临床溶栓治疗后效果评估。方法对30例临床疑诊肺动脉栓塞患者均进行16层螺旋CT肺动脉增强扫描。2例患者一周后复查。结果25例患者肺动脉成像未见异常,5例影像学明确诊断肺动脉栓塞,2例经溶栓治疗后一周复查,病灶基本消失,2例临床溶栓治疗后症状消失,1例死亡。结论16层螺旋CT能够及时准确诊断肺动脉栓塞,对于指导治疗及评价治疗效果是一种可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application of16 slice spiral computer tomography for diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism. Mothods 30 cases with pulmonary embolism accepted 16 slice spiral computer tomography enhanced scan?2 cases accepted enhanced scan again after a week. Results 25 cases with pulmonary embolism 16SCT revealed normal. 5 cases were diagnosed pulmonary embolism.2 cases revealed that thrombus almost vanishied after Trombolytic treatment.2 cases revealed that symptom was almost totally resolved after Trombolytic treatment.1 cases died .Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT angiography is an accurate method for detection pulmonary embolism. |
