强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中调节性T细胞水平研究

目的探讨强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg（调节性T细胞）、CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127low／-Treg细胞表达水平及其意义，并对两种标识方法检测AS患者Treg进行对比分析。方法采用流式细胞术检测9例正常人和20例强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中的CD4^＋T细胞比率及CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg、CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lovw／-Treg占CD4^＋T细胞的比率。结果强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中的CD4^＋T细胞比率及CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg、CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127low／-Treg细胞占CD4^＋T细胞的比率均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。结论强直性脊柱炎患者免疫功能紊乱，外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg、CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127low／-Treg细胞水平显著增高。两种调节性T细胞标识方法检测强直性脊柱炎患者外周血Treg的结果基本一致。

Expression regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of ankylosing spondyligis patients

Objective To explore the level and significance of expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg （regulatory T cells） ,CD4^＋ CD25^＋CD127low/-Treg cell in peripheral blood of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods In this study,peripheral blood was collected from 9 health adults and 20 ankylosing spondyligis patients,then the levels of tested CD4^ ＋cells and the ratio between CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg,CD4^＋CD25 ^＋CD127low/-Treg cells and CD4^＋ cells were determined using flow cytometer. Results The levels of CD4^＋T cells of patients were significantly higher than the normal control group （P〈0.01）,the ratio between CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg,CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127low/-Treg cells and CD4^＋T cells were significantly higher than the normal control group too （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The immune function of ankylosing spondyligis patients are kout of order,The levels of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg, CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127low/-Treg cells are significantly increased.
