链霉素耳中毒患者的皮纹学研究

本文报告了257例汉族链霉素耳中毒患者的10项皮纹学参数。选择他们的正常同胞进行对比。男患者L~(?)指纹显著增高,W~S指纹显著减少,左手A~T和右手L~U频率也显著增高;女患者右手A~S频率显著增高;男女患者右手a—b嵴线数均显著高于正常对照;男患者左右手、女患者左手atd角显著大于正常同胞;男患者左右手主线横向指数都显著高于正常对照;男女患者左手主线指数分别明显偏高或偏低;男患者左右手I_3区和I_4区、女患者左手I_4区真实花样出现率都显著高于正常同胞。

Dermatogiyphics Study of 257 Patients with Streptomycin Ototoxlcity

in this paper, 10 paramenters of dermatoglyphics of 257 cases with streptomycin ototoxicity were reported. The total data were compared with control group. The results were as follows: frequencies of finger patterns (?) were increased markedly in men, but W~s were decreased; Frequencies of finger patterns A~T on left hand of males, that of L~u on right hand of men and A~s on right hand of women were also remarkably increased. Mean a-b total ridge count became markedly larger on right hand in both sexes. Mean atd angles were increased on both hands in men and on left hand in women. Main line indices of transversality in average greatly raised in males. Main line indices in average were increased or decreased on left hand in males and females respectively. Frequency of true patterns in palmar interdigital areas I_4 increased significantly in men and women but that of I_(?) increased markedly in men only.
