| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病机制和tPA治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析12眼人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床资料。结果 人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发生率为3．29％，经过t-PA 10μg前房内注射，5～10天前房内纤维蛋白完全吸收，视力恢复良好，无后遗症。随访9～12月，无1眼复发，视力稳定。结论 白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎是由免疫复合物介导的急性葡萄膜炎症反应，前房内注射t-PA治疗白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎是一种简单安全可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism and treatment of tardive uveitis after extracapsular cataract extraction(ECE) with posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.Methods A retrospective analysis of twelve patients with uveitis after ECE with IOL implantation. Results Incidental rates of tardive uveitis were 3 29% after ECE with posterior chamber IOL implantation. The fibrinous membrane was completely lysed and better visual acuity was obtained within 5_10 days after t_PA anterior chamber (AC) injection. Better visual acuity was maintained and no sequelae occurred in the group at the 9_12 months follow_up.Conclusion Tardive uveitis after ECE with IOL implantation is produced by acute endothelial immune reaction, t-PA AC injection is a simple, safe and effective method for tardive uveitis after cataract surgery. |
